No Bake Power Bars (Raw)

  1. In a food processor, add Dates and Cashews and chop well.
  2. Pour in to a bowl and add Peanut Butter, Honey and Cranberry Raisins and mix well.
  3. Roll dough into 3/4 inch balls, and then roll outsides in coconut.
  4. Refrigerate, then serve.
