Teddy Popcorn Tree Or Balls

• 6 cups popcorn
• 1-1/4 cups bear-shaped graham snacks, any flavor
• 1/2 cup PLANTERS Dry Roasted Peanuts
• 1/2 cup light corn syrup
• 1/3 cup sugar
• Assorted candy

1. Mix popcorn, 1 cup graham snacks and peanuts in large bowl; set aside.
2. Blend corn syrup, sugar and pudding mix in medium saucepan.
3. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture bubbles and sugar and pudding are dissolved.
4. Stir sugar mixture into popcorn mixture, until well coated.
5. Let stand about 2 minutes or until cool enough to handle.
6. Shape popcorn mixture into a firm cone shape about 7-inches high for tree or 8 (3-inch) balls using greased hands.
7. Garnish with candies, fruit rollups cut into thin strips for bows and remaining graham snacks.
