Coffee-Pecan Waffles
- all-purpose baking mix
- brewed strong MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee
- 1/2 cup chopped PLANTERS Pecans
- 1/2 cup maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- Prepare batter as directed on package for 12 (4-inch) waffles, substituting coffee for the water.
- Stir in nuts.
- Pour batter into waffle iron and cook as directed by manufacturer.
- Serve with the syrup.
