Ranch dip chicken & potatoes
- 1 small sour cream
- 1 ranch dip package
- 5 medium to lg potatoes
- 12 chicken cutlets
- 1 shredded sheese
- 1 tumeric
- 1 black pepper
- 1 tbsp corn oil
- Mix dip with sour cream until well blended then set aside
- Preheat oven at 350
- Cut up potatoes and put in round casserole dish put on the oil and sprinkle on the cheese and turmeric and pepper
- Cut up chicken and place on top of potatoes and cover chicken with dip and the sprinkle on a little more cheese
- Cover with lid and bake for 90 min
