Cinnamon Roll Pecans
- 3 egg whites, room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 4 cups pecan halves
- 12 cup butter, melted
- Line a 15x10 cookie sheet with sides with aluminum foil.
- In large bowl, whisk egg whites till very foamy.
- Whisk in the sugar and cinnamon.
- Fold in nuts till well mixed.
- Pour melted butter on cookie sheet then spread nuts evenly over the butter.
- Bake at 325 for 30 minutes, stirring well after each 10 minutes.
- Be careful to stir well so nuts do not burn.
- Cool before serving.
- Store in an air tight container.
