Filet Mignon with GREY POUPON Sauce

  1. Season steaks with pepper.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet on high heat.
  3. Add steaks; cook 2 to 3 min.
  4. on each side or until evenly browned on both sides.
  5. Cook 3 to 4 min.
  6. on medium heat or until steaks are medium doneness (160F), turning occasionally.
  7. Remove steaks from skillet; cover to keep warm.
  8. Discard drippings from skillet.
  9. Add onions to skillet; cook and stir 1 min.
  10. Add sherry; cook 1 min., stirring constantly to loosen browned bits from bottom of skillet.
  11. Stir in cream and mustard; cook 5 min.
  12. or until thickened, stirring constantly.
  13. Serve steaks topped with the cream sauce.
