Grandma Liz's Saucy Baked Chicken With Herb Biscuits Recipe

  1. Mix onion soup mix (dry), soup and water in ungreased rectangular pan (13 x 9 x 2 inches).
  2. Place chicken, skin sides up, in soup mix; spoon soup mix over chicken.
  3. Cover and bake 1 hour.
  4. Mix remaining ingredients till dough forms, beat vigorously (30 seconds).
  5. Drop about 12 spoonfuls onto chicken and gravy.
  6. Bake uncovered 15 min or possibly till biscuits are light brown.
  7. 6 servings.
