Bean Sprout Namul (Korean-Style Salad)

  1. Boil the bean sprouts in water with some salt (not included in ingredients), strain and drain excess water.
  2. Combine seasonings in a bowl and mix.
  3. Add bean sprouts to the bowl from Step 2, mix well, and serve.
  4. Garnish with scallions to taste.
