Magic Rainbow Cookie Bars Recipe
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
- 1 (14 ounce.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed lowfat milk (not evaporated)
- 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
- 1 c. peanut butter chips
- 1 c. M&M'S®, plain chocolate candies
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees (325 degrees if glass dish).
- In 13"x9" pan heat butter (set in oven to heat).
- Sprinkle crumbs over butter.
- Pour condensed lowfat milk proportionately over crumbs.
- Top with remaining ingredients one by one.
- Press down firmly.
- Bake 25 to 30 min or possibly till lightly browned.
- Cold.
- Refrigerateif you like.
- Cut into bars.
- Store loosely in room temperature.
