Syrian Thyme Mix
- 1 cup ground thyme
- 12 cup ground sumac
- 12 cup ground toasted chickpeas
- 12 cup ground lightly toasted pistachios
- 12 cup ground flax seed
- 3 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 tablespoon ground coriander
- 1 tablespoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon fennel
- 1 tablespoon black seeds
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
- 12 cup olive oil
- mix all ingredients in food processor except last two.
- then add molasses and mix
- then add olive oil and mix.
