Toasty Coconut Ice Cream
- 1 (13 1/2 ounce) can coconut milk
- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup 2% low-fat milk
- 1 cup sweetened flaked coconut
- 8 mini almond joy candy bars
- Whisk together first three ingredients until mostly smooth.
- Pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions.
- Toast coconut in hot oven or dry skillet until golden brown.
- Allow to cool.
- Chop candy bars in food processor.
- After ice cream maker is finished, fold in toasted coconut and chopped candy bars.
- Freeze 4 hours or overnight.
