Toasty Coconut Ice Cream

  1. Whisk together first three ingredients until mostly smooth.
  2. Pour into ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions.
  3. Toast coconut in hot oven or dry skillet until golden brown.
  4. Allow to cool.
  5. Chop candy bars in food processor.
  6. After ice cream maker is finished, fold in toasted coconut and chopped candy bars.
  7. Freeze 4 hours or overnight.
