Alfredo Oven Fried Chicken
- 1/2 cups Butter Or Margarine, Less If You Prefer
- 4 pieces Chicken Breast, Boneless, Skinless
- 1 cup Alfredo Sauce
- 1/2 cups Milk
- 2 whole Eggs
- 2 cups Italian Seasoned Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 cups All-purpose Flour
- 1 Tablespoon Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Cayenne Pepper (use As Little Or As Much As You Want, Depends On How Hot You Want It, I Use A Lot!)

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees; place butter or margarine in a 9x13 pan and place pan in oven while preheating to melt.
- 2.
- Rinse chicken, pat dry and cut off excess fat.
- Combine Alfredo sauce, milk and eggs in one bowl & bread crumbs, flour, paprika, and cayenne in another.
- 3.
- Dip chicken breasts in flour mixture, then in Alfredo, then flour mixture again.
- 4.
- When you have breaded all the chicken, place it in the hot pan with the melted butter, coating both sides of the chicken.
- If you dont like wasting the Alfredo sauce (we dont) you can add it to the pan (we do!

- Bake the chicken for 30-40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Tips: Save the breadcrumb mixture for next time by putting it in a freezer bag and freezing until next time.
- Leave the butter/margarine out completely and use Pam instead.
- Freeze after baking for a quick microwave meal.
