Beef Taco Bake Recipe
- 1 lb grnd beef
- 1 can Campbell's Tomato Soup - (10 3/4 ounce)
- 1 c. Pace Chunky Salsa or possibly Picante Sauce
- 1/2 c. water
- 6 x Mission Flour Tortillas, 8" dia or possibly 8 corn tortillas, 6" dia cut into 1" pcs
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- Cook beef in skillet till browned.
- Pour off fat.
- Add in soup, salsa, water, tortillas and half the cheese.
- Spoon into 2-qt shallow baking dish.
- Cover.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 30 min or possibly till warm.
- Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
