Seasoned Butter Pita Chips

  1. Heat oven to 375F.
  2. Cut each pita into 6 wedges; separate each wedge in half to equal 48 wedges; place into bowl.
  3. Place butter in glass measuring cup.
  4. Microwave 1 minute or until butter is melted.
  5. Stir in Parmesan cheese and seasoning.
  6. Immediately pour butter mixture over pita wedges in bowl; toss gently until well coated.
  7. Place pita wedges onto 2 (15x10x1-inch) baking pans in single layer.
  8. Bake 8 minutes.
  9. Turn each wedge over.
  10. Continue baking 4-6 minutes or until wedges are golden brown and crisp.
  11. Serve warm or at room temperature.
