Sausage & Cheese Brunch Bake Recipe

  1. Trim crusts from bread slices and cube.
  2. Fry sausage.
  3. Drain grease.
  4. Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish and place bread cubes in bottom of baking dish.
  5. Add in grated cheese.
  6. If links are used, cut in 1/4 and place sausage over cheese.
  7. Add in beaten Large eggs, lowfat milk and dry mustard.
  8. Pour over above mix.
  9. Cover with foil and chill overnight.
  10. Remove about 1 hour before baking and cover with mushroom soup and lowfat milk.
  11. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 325 degrees.
