Lemon Delight

  1. Cut butter into flour until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in pecans into flour mixture.
  2. Pat into pan; bake at 350u0b0 for 15 minutes.
  3. Combine cream cheese and powdered sugar; beat until fluffy.
  4. Fold 1 cup whipped topping into cream cheese mixture. Spread over crust.
  5. Chill.
  6. Combine pudding mix and milk.
  7. Beat 2 minutes at low speed of electric mixer.
  8. Spread pudding over cream cheese layer.
  9. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding layer.
  10. Sprinkle with pecans.
  11. Chill.
  12. Store in refrigerator.
