Alfredo Sauce Recipe
- 1 pt. cream or half & half
- 1 1/2 ounce. butter
- 1 1/2 ounce. flour
- White pepper
- Salt
- Pasta of your choice
- In pan, scald the cream.
- Don't boil.
- Add in white pepper and salt to taste to the hot cream.
- In separate pan, heat the butter.
- Remove from heat and add in the flour to make a paste.
- Whisk the flour mix into the cream.
- Bring to a simmer until thickened.
- While cream sauce is warming, boil noodles until half cooked.
- Strain noodles and add into cream sauce.
- Boil until noodles are done.
- Add in Parmesan cheese to thicken.
