Alfredo Sauce Recipe

  1. In pan, scald the cream.
  2. Don't boil.
  3. Add in white pepper and salt to taste to the hot cream.
  4. In separate pan, heat the butter.
  5. Remove from heat and add in the flour to make a paste.
  6. Whisk the flour mix into the cream.
  7. Bring to a simmer until thickened.
  8. While cream sauce is warming, boil noodles until half cooked.
  9. Strain noodles and add into cream sauce.
  10. Boil until noodles are done.
  11. Add in Parmesan cheese to thicken.
