Pork Chop And Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

• 6 liquid removed sweet potatoes
• 6 pork chops
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 6 thin slices unpeeled oranges
• 1/3 c. light brown sugar

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place sweet potatoes in greased oblong baking dish.
3. Top with orange slices and pork chops.
4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and brown sugar.
5. Cover.
6. Bake 1 hour.
7. Uncover.
8. Bake for 30 min longer.
9. Serves 6.
