White Hot BBQ Sauce
- 2 1/2 tbsp prepared horseradish sauce. You can grate fresh.
- 1/4 tsp ground white pepper
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, may make this fresh too
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- 2 grated garlic cloves
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
- Cover and refrigerate for 6 hours before using.
- This is important to let flavors combine.
- Use as a finishing sauce over grilled, baked meats, coating at last minute during cooking.
- This has nice heat, try a little first, then add more to taste.
- Use as a spread for a kick in sandwiches too!
- Lasts refrigerated for one week.
