Apple Sausage Casserole
- 8 cups Cubed White Bread
- 1 pound Bulk Pork Sausage
- 1/4 cups Water
- 1 whole Large Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Large Green Pepper, Diced
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Salt
- 2 whole Large Apples, Peeled, Cored And Chopped
- 1/2 cups Raisins
- 2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

- Cut up bread to make 8 cups and put in a large bowl.
- 2.
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Add the water, onion and peppers.
- Cover and cook until onion and peppers are soft.
- Stir in garlic salt.
- 3.
- Pour the sausage mixture over the bread cubes and add apples and raisins.
- Stir to mix.
- 4.
- Grease a 9x13 baking pan and spread mixture evenly.
- Top with cheese.
- 5.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes.
