Albemarle Fizz Recipe

• 1 x juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1 tsp Powdered Sugar
• 2 ounce Gin
• 1 tsp Raspberry Syrup

1. Shake with ice and strain into highball glass over two ice cubes.
2. Fill with club soda.
