Curry-Flavored Egg and Cauliflower Salad

  1. Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and boil to desired firmness.
  2. Thoroughly drain the water from the cauliflower (blot with a paper towel, if you like).
  3. Combine the curry powder, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  4. Chop the boiled eggs into large pieces.
  5. Toss the eggs and cauliflower in the seasoning.
  6. Serve on a plate, season with dried parsley, and enjoy!
