Curry-Flavored Egg and Cauliflower Salad
- 1/3 Cauliflower
- 4 Eggs (boiled)
- 1 Mayonnaise
- 1 Curry powder
- 1 dash Salt and pepper
- 1 dash Dried parsley
- Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized pieces and boil to desired firmness.
- Thoroughly drain the water from the cauliflower (blot with a paper towel, if you like).
- Combine the curry powder, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
- Chop the boiled eggs into large pieces.
- Toss the eggs and cauliflower in the seasoning.
- Serve on a plate, season with dried parsley, and enjoy!
