Mexican Burgers

  1. Saute onion & chili powder for 1 minute over medium heat.
  2. Add bulgur.
  3. Cook 1
  4. minute more.
  5. Add water.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. (Substitute cooked rice instead
  8. of bulgur.)
  9. Mix with remaining ingredients & form into 8 patties.
  10. Grill or barbecue.
  11. about 8 minutes per side.
  12. Top with low-fat yogurt or sour cream, salsa, shredded
  13. lettuce, sliced tomatoes or cucumbers, chopped green or.
  14. red pepper, and chopped green onion.
