Green Tea-Pomegranate Sauce
- 1/2 cup brewed green tea
- 1/2 cup pomegranate juice
- 1 tsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbs. lemon juice
- Bring green tea and pomegranate juice to a boil in saucepan.
- Reduce heat to medium-low, and simmer 20 minutes, or until liquid is reduced by half.
- Whisk cornstarch into lemon juice in small bowl, then whisk into sauce.
- Cook 5 minutes more, or until sauce thickens, stirring constantly.
