Batter For Fried Feggies Recipe

• 1 x Egg yolk, beaten
• 3/8 c. Lowfat milk
• 1/2 c. Sifted flour
• 1 Tbsp. Melted butter
• 1 1/4 tsp Baking pwdr Salt and pepper

1. Mix egg, lowfat milk and butter.
2. Add in flour and baking pwdr.
3. Beat till smooth.
4. Add in salt and pepper.
