Broccoli Cornbread Recipe

• 1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
• 1 lrg onion minced
• 2 c. grated cheese
• 1 box frzn minced broccoli
• 4 x Large eggs
• 1/2 c. lowfat milk
• 1 stk butter

1. Heat butter.
2. Mix all above ingredients.
3. Pour half of butter in greased 9 x 13 pan.
4. Add in rest to batter.
5. Bake 400 degrees for 20-25 min
