Light Chocolate Cheesecake Brownies

  1. Preheat your oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Spray an 8 in square pan with cooking spray and line it with parchment paper.
  3. Then spray the paper.
  4. Crush cookies and press into bottom of pan.
  5. Using a food processor, blend cream cheese and sour cream until smooth.
  6. Then add cocoa, cornstarch, sugar, and both eggs.
  7. Process until smooth.
  8. Pour the mixture into the pan and top with chocolate chips.
  9. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until set.
  10. Then let cool in the pan.
  11. Refrigerate for at least an hour, then tip out onto a cutting board, flip over and cut.
