Rice Pudding
- 23 cup rice
- 14 cup sugar
- 18 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 egg yolk
- Mix first six ingredients in a large saucepan over medium heat, bringing to a boil.
- Continue cooking over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring almost constantly.
- Beat egg yolk and milk together, then slowly stir into mixture.
- Remove from heat and serve with cinnamon sugar(optional).
