Fillet Steak topped with Basil Cream
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 6 x 150g beef eye fillet steaks
- 125g PHILADELPHIA* Spreadable Tomato & Basil, at room temperature
- steamed vegetables, to serve Target 1 pkg For $2.99 thru 02/06
- Brush the oil over the steaks, then cook in a large frying pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
- Turn steaks over and place a dollop of Philly* on top of each steak.
- Continue cooking until steak is done to your liking.
- Gently cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes.
- Serve with steamed vegetables.
