Fillet Steak topped with Basil Cream

  1. Brush the oil over the steaks, then cook in a large frying pan over medium-high heat for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Turn steaks over and place a dollop of Philly* on top of each steak.
  3. Continue cooking until steak is done to your liking.
  4. Gently cover with foil and rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Serve with steamed vegetables.
