Turkey and Red Pepper Panini
- Melted Butter Or Olive Oil
- 4 slices Italian Bread
- 4 slices Provolone Cheese
- 1/4 pounds Sliced Turkey Breast
- 1/2 Roasted Red Pepper
- 1 Handful Of Lettuce Greens
- 1/2 cups Mayonnaise
- 10 dashes Red Hot Sauce
- Butter both pieces of your Italian bread on only one side.
- Butter side down, arrange your sandwich: cheese, turkey, roasted pepper, lettuce.
- And any other toppings you may want.
- Mix together the mayonnaise and Red Hot and put a dollop on the top slice.
- Smother around all over the slice of bread.
- Top the sandwich with another buttered slice of Italian bread.
- I used foil; if youre good on the grill, you wont need it.
- Grill the sandwich, putting a heavy skillet on top, until its the way you like it.
- Enjoy!
