Gingerbread Cheesecake Cookies
- 1 box gingerbread cake and cookie mix
- 1/4 cup hot water
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix together cream cheese, sugar and salt with an electric mixer until smooth.
- Add egg yolk, sour cream and vanilla.
- Refrigerate while you go on to the next step of making the cookie dough.
