Pesto Torte

• 34 lb cream cheese, room temperature
• 34 cup ricotta cheese
• 34 cup butter, room temperature
• 1 cup prepared pesto sauce
• cracker

1. Blend cheeses and butter with an electric mixer until fluffy.
2. Line mold or dish with saran wrap.
3. Layer cheese and pesto.
4. Chill, unmold and serve with crackers.
