Steak Balsamico

  1. Clean and slice mushrooms.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Rub steaks with 1 t salt and 1/2 t pepper.
  4. Cook steaks in hot oil in a large skillet over medium high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
  5. Let rest on a warming platter (in oven) or near burner.
  6. Add garlic to the skillet; saute 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
  7. Add mushrooms and remaining 1/4 t salt and 1/4 t pepper, saute 3 minutes.
  8. Stir in vinegar; cook for 5 minutes, stiriing frequently.
  9. Spoon mixture over each steak.
  10. Serve immediately.
