Turkey Tortilla Spirals

  1. Place turkey on tortillas to within 1/4 inch of edge.
  2. Spread cream cheese over turkey; sprinkle with pecans.
  3. Spread each with 2 TBS cranberry sauce.
  4. Roll up jelly roll style; wrap tightly in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour.
  6. When ready to serve, cut each roll into 6 pieces.
  7. In a small bowl combine celery, onions and remaining cranberry sauce.
  8. Serve with spirals.
