Tipsy Jerk Pork Packets
- 4 whole Thick Cut Pork Chops
- 2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Cumin Powder
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 8 Tablespoons Tequila
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 whole Limes, Zest And Juice
- 1 teaspoon Chipotle Chili Pepper
- 2 Tablespoons Cilantro, Chopped
- 2 whole Jalapeno, Seeded And Diced
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl combine garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, lime zest and chipotle chili powder: set aside.
- In another small bowl combine tequila, honey and lime juice.
- Place a (12x18 inch) sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil on a work surface and rub with oil or nonstick spray.
- Place one pork chop in the center of the foil and sprinkle with 1/4 of the dry garlic powder/cumin mixture.
- Add 1/4 of the liquid lime juice mixture, then top with 1/4 of the cilantro and jalapeno.
- Bring up foil sides and double fold the top and ends to seal packet.
- Repeat to make four packets.
- Grill 12-15 minutes, covered on the preheated grill.
- Cut open foil packets and serve hot with a can of Bushs Black Bean Fiesta Grillin Beans.
