Soba W/ Veggies

  1. Cook soba in boiling water for 4-5 minutes.
  2. Drain well and set aside.
  3. Thaw out frozen veggies in the microwave.
  4. Keep the water.
  5. In a large pan, fry skirt steak to medium-rare and season with salt and pepper.
  6. When done (2-6 minute per side), cut into bite size pieces and add the veggies (not the water!
  7. ).
  8. Saute until veggies are tender, about 4 minutes.
  9. Add soba, soy sauce, and water.
  10. Saute for 5 minutes and serve.
  11. Enjoy!
