sig/*ari* Potato wedges hot and spicy
- 2 large baking potatoes
- 30 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp each ground allspice and ground coriander
- 1 tbsp each sweet paprika and sea salt
- 1/2 tsp chilli powder
- 3 clove garlic crushed
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- preheat oven to 200 C ,wash potatoes leaving skin on ,cut into wedges,place into sauce pan of cold water and simmer gently for about 8-10 minutes.
- drain and pat dry.
- mix oil ,garlic,spices ,herbs and salt in roasting tin,add the slighty softened wedges and cover thoroughly with oil mixture,roast for about 15 minutes or until crisp, drizzle with a little lemon juicy, cook for a further 5-10 ,turning occasionally.
