sig/*ari* Potato wedges hot and spicy

  1. preheat oven to 200 C ,wash potatoes leaving skin on ,cut into wedges,place into sauce pan of cold water and simmer gently for about 8-10 minutes.
  2. drain and pat dry.
  3. mix oil ,garlic,spices ,herbs and salt in roasting tin,add the slighty softened wedges and cover thoroughly with oil mixture,roast for about 15 minutes or until crisp, drizzle with a little lemon juicy, cook for a further 5-10 ,turning occasionally.
  4. this spicemix is my creation

baking potatoes, olive oil, ground allspice, sweet paprika, chilli powder, garlic, lemon juice
