Orange Cake Roll

  1. For the crust:
  2. Combine cake mix, sour cream, eggs and peach filling with fork, and pour into an 18 x 13 inch jelly roll pan.
  3. Bake at 350F.
  4. for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
  5. Cool.
  6. For topping:
  7. Beat pudding into cream cheese.
  8. Mix in pineapple.
  9. Fold in whipped topping.
  10. Spread on cake.
  11. Keep refrigerated until served.
