Cheaters Chicken and Rice Casserole
- 2 cups Minute Rice, Uncooked
- 2 cups Leftover Chicken, Chopped
- 1 can (10.75 Oz. Size) Cream Of Chicken Or Mushroom Soup
- 2 cans (Use The Soup Can To Measure) Milk
- 4 ounces, weight Velveeta Cheese, Cubed Small
- 1-13 cup French's Fried Onions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
- In a large bowl, combine all ingredients in no particular order and turn out into prepared pan.
- Bake 30 minutes until brown and bubbly.
- You may also sneak in a vegetable or two in this dish to save time.
- It is also good topped with buttered bread crumbs the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
