Sour Cream Potatoes

• 4 potatoes, boiled and mashed
• 1 cup sour cream
• 13 cup minced onion
• 2 tablespoons butter
• salt, to taste
• 1 (6 ounce) can French fried onion rings

1. Preheat oven to 350*.
2. Mix potatoes, sour cream, onion, butter and salt; beat until fluffy.
3. Place in a 1 1/2 quart casserole and top with onion rings.
4. Bake 15 minutes.
