Easy Gravy

  1. In pan with 2 T. fat drippings, add 2c water or broth.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring to loosen browned bits.
  3. Remove from heat.
  4. Mix 2 Tbsp cornstarch and 1/4c.
  5. cold water till smooth.
  6. Stir into pan.
  7. Add desired seasonings, stirring constantly, bringing to a boil over medium heat and boil for 1 minute.
