Easy Gravy
- 2 tablespoons fat drippings
- 2 cups water or 2 cups broth or 2 cups bouillon
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 14 cup cold water
- 14 teaspoon salt (to taste)
- 14 teaspoon pepper (to taste)
- In pan with 2 T. fat drippings, add 2c water or broth.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring to loosen browned bits.
- Remove from heat.
- Mix 2 Tbsp cornstarch and 1/4c.
- cold water till smooth.
- Stir into pan.
- Add desired seasonings, stirring constantly, bringing to a boil over medium heat and boil for 1 minute.
