Stir-fried Pork, Cabbage, and Shirataki Noodles

  1. Cut the pork and cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Diagonally chop the Japanese leek into thin slices.
  3. Boil the shirataki noodles and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil and saute the pork and Japanese leek.
  5. Once they are cooked, add the cabbage, shirataki noodles, sake, salt, and pepper, and continue cooking.
  6. Once the cabbage becomes tender, turn off the heat.
  7. Combine the Japanese mustard and soy sauce, drizzle on top, then serve!
