Stir-fried Pork, Cabbage, and Shirataki Noodles
- 150 grams Thinly sliced pork belly
- 5 Cabbage leaves
- 1 portion Shirataki noodles
- 1/2 Japanese leek
- 1 tbsp Sake
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Japanese mustard
- Cut the pork and cabbage into bite-sized pieces.
- Diagonally chop the Japanese leek into thin slices.
- Boil the shirataki noodles and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Heat one tablespoon of vegetable oil and saute the pork and Japanese leek.
- Once they are cooked, add the cabbage, shirataki noodles, sake, salt, and pepper, and continue cooking.
- Once the cabbage becomes tender, turn off the heat.
- Combine the Japanese mustard and soy sauce, drizzle on top, then serve!
