Egg White Fluffed Corn
- 3 cups corn, cooked
- 1 12 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter (melted)
- 4 tablespoons flour (sifted)
- 14 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon ground pepper
- 2 eggs, separated
- Mix all ingredients, except egg whites.
- Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into mixture.
- Pour into greased casserote and bake 300-325 degrees approximately 45 minutes.
