Yeast Rolls

  1. Mix flour, oats, seeds, yeast, baking powder, and an desired spices/sweeteners in a large bowl.
  2. Heat water and oil together for 20-30 seconds in the microwave.
  3. Gently mix water/oil mixture into dry ingredients.
  4. Add egg and mix until ball forms.
  5. Cover bowl, set in a warm place, and allow to rise until doubled in size (about one hour).
  6. Preheat oven to 350 f and grease one muffin pan.
  7. Divide batter among muffin cups--makes about 10 rolls.
  8. Sprinkle additional seeds on top if desired.
  9. Bake for approximately 15 minutes and allow to cool.
  10. Enjoy!
