Marinated Chicken Or Steak Recipe

• 1/4 c. Crisco oil
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 teaspoon celery salt
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
• 1 tbsp. garlic salt
• 1 tbsp. basil
• 4-6 chicken breasts or possibly 2 pound flank steak

1. Mix all in ziploc bag.
2. Rinse and dry chicken or possibly steak, then marinate at room temperature 4 hrs or possibly overnight in refrigerator.
