Festive Fruit Mince Slice

  1. Combine cake mix and butter, mix well.
  2. Press into the base of a greased slab tin.
  3. Bake in a moderate oven 180C for 10 - 15 minutes or until pale golden.
  4. Cool.
  5. Combine the mince and apple, and spread over the cooled base.
  6. Whisk the remaining ingredients together until smooth, then pour over fruit mince.
  7. Bake in a moderate oven 180C for 15 - 20 minutes or until set.
  8. Chill before slicing.
