Mini Cheesecakes

  1. Beat pudding mix into milk with a wire whisk.
  2. Chill in the refrigerator until 'set'.
  3. Place 1 vanilla wafer in the bottom of each liner.
  4. Fill the liners about 2/3 full of the pudding.
  5. Top with pie filling and chill.
  6. For a change try different pie fillings according to your taste.
