Chicken Salad BLT
- 2 whole Boneless Chicken Breasts Roasted And Shredded
- 1/2 cups Low-fat Mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons Sugar
- 1/4 teaspoons Brown Mustard
- 1 whole Celery Stalk, Chopped
- 1 teaspoon Red Onion, Chopped
- 4 slices Bread Toasted, Any Kind Will Do
- 2 whole Roma Tomatoes, Sliced
- 2 slices Cooked Turkey Bacon
- 4 leaves Lettuce
- Add the chicken, mayo, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, celery, and onion to a bowl.
- Mix well.
- Lay out toast, spread chicken salad, and layer the tomatoes, bacon and lettuce.
