Sweet Italian Sausage

• 3 pounds ground pork
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 1 teaspoon fennel seeds
• 2 cloves garlic minced
• 1/4 teaspoon bay leaves ground
• 1/4 teaspoon thyme
• 1/4 teaspoon coriander ground
• 1/4 cup water cold

1. Cut pork and fat into 2 inch cubes.
2. Grind together coarsely.
3. Add remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly with hands.
4. Stuff into casings; form 4 inch sausages.
