Braised Chicken and Daikon in Sweet-Savory Sauce

  1. Boil the eggs.
  2. Slice the daikon into 2 cm, peel the skin and slice into quarter rounds.
  3. Mince the ginger.
  4. In a deep frying pan, heat a generous amount of sesame oil.
  5. Cook the chicken skin side down until golden brown.
  6. Add the ginger and daikon.
  7. Stir-fry.
  8. Add water and bring to boil.
  9. Cover with a paper towel and simmer for about 25 minutes.
  10. Add the boiled eggs and cook for three more minutes, and it's done!
